Account & billing

Cancel Pro subscription

You can cancel your Pro Monthly subscription anytime from your account settings in the app. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

If you need help canceling, email us at [email protected] with your account email.

Update payment method

Visit your account settings in the app to update your payment method. You can also email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a secure link to update your card.

Request account deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process your request within 48 hours. Note that local data on your device must be deleted manually.
